Management Systems

Management systems allow us to develop and advance more harmoniously and dynamically. Using this approach, we can optimize the management of processes and communication in the Company and improve cooperation between departments.

By maintaining and refining management systems in the area of quality, environment, occupational health and safety, we meet the requirements of our customers and other stakeholders who expect us to guarantee that standards in the implementation of business processes will be maintained. We are aware of our role and responsibilities that result from the adopted guidelines in each of the systems.

In July 2016, the occupational health and safety management system was certified in accordance with the ISO 45001:2018 standard, which complements the already existing integrated quality and environmental management system.

The implementation of the Health and Safety Management System allowed for a better systematisation of the Company’s occupational health and safety risk management; support for the creation of the best possible working conditions, where operational control is in force, and raising the awareness of employees in the areas of their individual roles and responsibilities in terms of health and safety.

In the third quarter of 2014, we were the first company in Poland to implement the Good Manufacturing Practices system, compliant with the guidelines of the European Federation for Cosmetic Ingredients (EFfCI). Obtaining the Certificate is one of our competitive advantages, as it confirms that the company meets the highest standards at every stage of product manufacture, starting from the purchase of raw materials and ending with delivering the product to the customer. The Federation’s Good Manufacturing Practices certificate is a reliable and objective proof of the quality of components offered to cosmetics manufacturers around the world.

In July 2014 we joined the group of participants in the Responsible Care Programme, where together with other Programme implementers we are looking for solid and reliable foundations for sustainable development. By implementing the assumptions of this international initiative, we set goals, measure the impact on the environment and take steps to actively protect it. Responsible Care is a declaration of specific actions included in the framework of the programme, the implementation of which is assessed and evaluated by means of a number of measurable indicators.

In 2014, we successfully passed the first supervision audit, thus maintaining the RSPO certificate in the Mass Balance model, awarded a year earlier. We completed the first transactions of certified products at the beginning of 2015. *Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil

In order to meet the broadly defined expectations of our customers, in 2011, for the first time, we obtained the certificate of compliance with the ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 standards. Integrated Management Systems in our company are based on a process approach and continuous improvement. The adopted principle of customer orientation allows us to deliver products that meet specific requirements and strive to increase customer satisfaction.

The company also has an energy management system certificate compliant with the ISO 50001:2018 standard. The purpose of the standard implementation was to increase the company’s energy efficiency and reduce energy costs.
